Our IT Project Managers come with a minimum of a BSc. in Computer Science or Engineering coupled with at least 5 years of industry experience in software development, IT infrastructure systems engineering, networking, IT storage and database management. Our PMs come with PMP and ITIL certification.

All of our IT Project Managers have had at least 5 years of Project Management experience having run projects ranging from $100K to $10M of budget with timelines as short as 3 months to 2 years with 0-50 internal cross-functional team members, 5-10 external vendors, and multiple stakeholders ranging from Directors to Senior VPs.

Our core competency lies in IT Project/Program Management of IT Infrastructure, Data Center Migration, Business Application Development, SDLC, Change Management and QA while balancing scope, cost and quality for timely delivery and completion.

We provide project leadership and ownership from requirements gathering, through planning and budgeting, project team building, ongoing financial management, project execution and implementation to go-live activities followed by post-project support and closeout.
